Outstanding beer and great sports viewing. Breakfast is superb But add the Tater Tots back into the rotation.
Wow and wow, after doing some volunteer service on remodel project we were hungry and thirsty. We had Britney as our most awesome server. She was able to get us three tables for all of my friends. The beer was cold and good, the fish and chips were delicious. Very attentive to refills of beer and water and came by to check on us with our food. Spot on for a large group. Thank you First time here, we live in Colorado!
Dog friendly. Has indoor and outdoor seating. Went here on st patricks day and it was so fun. Such a great setting to be around friends and meeting new people.
I have been to this place several times and love it. We ate on the patio for the first time ever. Lisa was our server. She is always so great and makes us feel right at home. The reason I'm writing my review is because I saw others with their dogs and had I known it was allowed, I would've brought my fur baby along. Just wanted to spread the word that Big Dogs is Dog friendly!!
Came here for the first time on a weekend and I really like the place. Pretty big place. Packed with people. Dog friendly. Good food and drinks. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Bartenders are attentive and personable.
I just had another awesome dinner here and everything was so good! To start - the best server here hands down is David. Not only this dining experience, but every time I sit in the bar and he is the server - I know 100% it's going to be great. He is so prompt, great on recommendations, and always makes sure the food comes out as requested. We had 3 items tonight: Chicken Lombardi - it normally comes with a veggie and a starch. I opted for all veggies. It also normally has cheese on top but I requested no cheese tonight just to keep it lighter. The chicken was cooked perfectly, the sauce has a great flavor. Grandma's Pot Roast - also a great comfort food type of dish. Piled high with meat, veggies, and gravy on top of mashed potatoes - this is a go to winter dish for sure! Lastly - OMG the Bread Pudding is amaaaazing! A definite must try!
Anytime I find a spot with my trifecta of great food, great service, and dog-friendly, it lands on my go-to list, and Big Dog's checks off all those boxes! Came here with my dog for dinner so we sat outside in the patio area which had the misters on since it was a hot day so patio diners were kept comfortable. Love that the seating was very spacious so there was plenty of room for my dog in his stroller. The service was great. It was a busy night but they were very nice and friendly and got everything we needed. I highly recommend their food too which was excellent: * Pot Stickers - Both the pot stickers & the dipping sauce had so much flavor and were so deliciously savory and easy to share, with 6 pot stickers per order * Black Bean and Quinoa Salad - I got this without the Cotija cheese and really enjoyed it. It was a fresh, filling, tasty way for me to eat healthy, and I'd definitely order it again. It would probably travel really well too if you order it for take-out. * The Hot Mess and the BBQ Pulled Pork sandwiches - Both have great tangy sweet bbq sauce and they do not skimp on the meat. The side options for them are fries (did not get), fresh slaw (great!), and tater tots (straightforward tater tots which I appreciate), and there are other options to upgrade to but I didn't try any. Personally I recommend getting the fresh slaw with the pulled pork sandwich since that's a very classic combination. * Root Beer - I'm not much of a booze drinker so I tried their root beer which was root beer-y lol. I liked it but I probably would have liked it more if there were ice in the glass with it, not sure if there's a reason for no ice, but it was a little weird especially with the hot weather. I'm sure I could have asked for ice but it didn't bother me much and honestly I forgot about it lol. I look forward to returning to try more of their menu!
